What data we collect

This website is a catalogue of tours and experiences: it has no user accounts, no private area and no forms that store your details. Browsing it does not require you to give us any personal information.

• Aggregated, anonymous browsing data through Vercel Analytics, to know which pages are most visited.
• Any data you choose to send us when you contact us by email or WhatsApp, used solely to reply to you.
• Your booking details, which you provide directly on FareHarbor and which that platform processes as controller of the booking.

Purpose and legal basis

Aggregated browsing data is processed to maintain and improve the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding its performance; being anonymous and aggregated, it does not allow us to identify you.

When you contact us, we process your data in order to answer your enquiry, on the basis of your own request. We do not use it to send you commercial messages you have not asked for.

Bookings and providers

The booking and payment process takes place entirely on FareHarbor. The data you enter there (name, contact details, payment information) is governed by FareHarbor’s privacy policy. We only access the information needed to provide the service you booked, such as the traveller’s name and the chosen activity.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical connection data (such as the IP address) to serve the pages and protect them against abuse.

Data retention

The messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, where applicable, for the period required by the law governing our contractual relationship. Analytics data is aggregated and not linked to identifiable individuals.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to its processing and data portability, by writing to info@toursen.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
