Day-by-day itinerary

  1. Day 1 · Rome

    Welcome to Rome. Your private driver meets you at the airport and transfers you to the hotel. Free afternoon to stroll the historic centre (Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona). In the evening, included dinner in the Trastevere district at a classic Roman trattoria, with a private transfer there.

  2. Day 2 · Rome

    Private guided visit to the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica, with skip-the-line access. In the afternoon, a tour of the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill with a professional local guide.

  3. Day 3 · Rome · Florence

    Private transfer to the station and high-speed train (Business) to Florence. Check-in and, in the afternoon, a private walking tour of the “cradle of the Renaissance”: Brunelleschi’s Duomo, Giotto’s Campanile, the Baptistery and Piazza della Signoria, including the Accademia Gallery to admire Michelangelo’s David.

  4. Day 4 · Florence · Chianti

    A day in the Chianti hills, among vineyards, olive groves and medieval villages. Guided visit to a prestigious winery with a wine tasting and a lunch of Tuscan specialities. Return to Florence.

  5. Day 5 · Florence

    Free day to discover Florence at your own pace. Optionally, a guided excursion to Siena, San Gimignano or Pisa.

  6. Day 6 · Florence · Venice

    Train to Venice and private transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, one of the most dreamed-of experiences: a private gondola ride along the Grand Canal and the canals. Afterwards, the “Bacaro Tour”: local wine bars to taste wine and cicchetti, the Venetian tapas.

  7. Day 7 · Venice

    Private walking tour with skip-the-line entry to St Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. Free afternoon to lose yourself in the maze of alleys of the floating city.

  8. Day 8 · Venice

    Breakfast and end of our services. Option to extend to Milan or return to Rome.

Important notes

  • Available in two modes: by high-speed train (Business) or by private car with chauffeur throughout (ask us for the fare).
  • On Saturday departures, the Vatican visit is rescheduled or replaced by another private tour due to the weekly closure of the Vatican Museums.
  • Rates do not include the municipal tourist tax, paid directly at the hotel on arrival or departure.
  • Fully customisable itinerary: we can tailor cities, hotels, experiences and duration to your wishes.

Frequently asked questions

How does this route differ from the Essential version?
Everything is operated privately: transfers, guides and experiences are exclusive to your group, the train is Business class, hotels are signature 4* and it includes extras such as the private gondola ride, dinner in Trastevere and a tasting at a Chianti winery.
Does the guide speak Spanish?
Yes. As the visits are private, we assign professional local guides in your language; let us know when you request your proposal.

General information

Prices

  • All prices are per person, in euros (€), and include service and current VAT.
  • They are subject to change without notice due to VAT variations, local taxes or surcharges not communicated at the time of publishing.
  • Accommodation in the listed hotels or similar; Fantasía tours stay in 4* hotels.
  • One child aged 1–6 stays free sharing a bed with parents (one child per room).

City accommodation tax

  • Not included. It is paid directly at the hotel on arrival or at check-out.
  • The amount varies by hotel category and city.

Departures and meeting point

  • Guaranteed monolingual departures. If the minimum of 12 participants per language is not reached, the departure is guaranteed with alternative solutions, always ensuring a tour leader who speaks the required languages.
  • Fantasía 4 and 5 days: departure from Rome, meeting point at Hotel St. Martin at 07:15.
  • For technical or logistical reasons, itineraries may be subject to changes.

The tours include

  • Gran Turismo coach transport.
  • Spanish-speaking tour leader (when included in the itinerary).
  • Accommodation in 3- or 4-star hotels.
  • Entrance to archaeological sites or museums when included in the itinerary.
  • Visits with an expert local guide as per the itinerary.
  • Breakfast at the hotels.
  • Meals, wine tastings or food experiences when included in the itinerary.

The tours do not include

  • Tips of any kind and personal extras.
  • Porterage.
  • Drinks not included with meals, unless part of the experience.
  • Entrance to museums or monuments when not mentioned.

Luggage

  • Each traveller may carry 1 checked bag (23–32 kg) and 1 carry-on; please meet the airlines’ weight limits.
  • Some hotels may charge a small fee to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Accessibility

  • The tours are not recommended for people with walking difficulties.
  • Visits that include the Vatican Museums are not suitable for wheelchair users.

Unforeseen closures and dietary preferences

  • If a museum, archaeological site or other included place is closed due to force majeure and the visit cannot be rescheduled, we will offer an alternative activity of equivalent value; if not possible, the unused portion will be refunded.
  • On tours with lunches or dinners, let us know in advance about allergies, intolerances or preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) so we can accommodate them.
  • In case of loss or damage to the audio headsets, a charge of €100 per device applies.

Cancellations and complaints

  • Up to 22 days before departure: no charge.
  • From 21 to 15 days before departure: 30%.
  • From 14 to 7 days before departure: 70%.
  • 6 days or fewer, or no-show: 100%. Deadlines are counted in calendar days before departure.
  • Complaints must be sent by email within 60 days of the date of the last service provided.
