Travel Agent Program Terms and Conditions
Last updated: December 2026 · Draft pending legal review.
1. Purpose and admission
This document governs the relationship between Toursen and the travel agents who join the program. Enrollment requires prior approval by Toursen, which may accept or reject any application at its discretion without obligation to state reasons.
The agent account is personal and non-transferable. The agent is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account.
2. Commissions
Toursen grants the agent a commission on the base price of each validly registered and performed booking: 10% on our own products in Rome and Florence and on all circuits (Luxury and Essential), and 5% on all other products. The applicable percentage is frozen at the moment of booking.
The commission is calculated on the base price, excluding, where applicable, taxes and platform fees. The end client always pays the public price; the agent may not add surcharges on behalf of Toursen.
3. Accrual and commission status
The commission is created as "pending" when the booking is registered and becomes "available for payment" once the service has been performed (service date before the current date) and the booking has been validated by Toursen.
If a booking is cancelled with a full refund to the client, the associated commission is voided. If the cancellation entails non-refundable costs, the commission is recalculated on those costs at the same percentage.
4. Payments
Available commissions are settled monthly, within the first 5 business days of the month following the performance of the services, by bank transfer.
The minimum payout amount is €50 accrued. Below that threshold, the balance rolls over to future settlements.
Payment is conditional on the agent keeping their tax details complete and correct (VAT number, tax name and address). Toursen shall not be liable for payments not made due to incomplete or incorrect tax details.
5. Tax obligations
The agent is solely responsible for meeting their tax obligations arising from the commissions received, including, where applicable, issuing the corresponding invoice to Toursen.
6. Proper use and termination
The agent undertakes to use the dashboard fairly and not to register false, duplicate or fraudulent bookings. Toursen may block or terminate any account that breaches these terms, without prejudice to commissions already accrued in good faith.
Toursen may amend these terms and the commission percentages with future effect, notifying the agents. Bookings already registered keep the conditions in force at that time.
