Affiliate Program Terms

1. Purpose
The program allows creators and websites (the "Affiliate") to recommend services sold on toursen.com through a personal tracking link and, where applicable, a discount code for their community, under the conditions communicated after sign-up.
2. Tracking link
Each Affiliate receives a link with the ?ref= parameter valid across the whole site. Attribution is stored in a first-party cookie for 30 days; if the visitor later arrives through another Affiliate’s link, the last one prevails. The link does not apply discounts.
3. Discount code
The Affiliate may request a 4 to 15 character code. Toursen may reject or modify it. Once installed (within 24-48 business hours), it grants a special discount only on Rome tours operated by Toursen and, when available, on the travel eSIM. It cannot be combined with other promotions.
4. Financial conditions
The program’s financial conditions are communicated individually to the Affiliate in their private dashboard and by email after sign-up, and form part of these terms.
5. Validation
Third-party product sales are completed on the operator’s booking platform. Toursen manually validates each sale by matching booking data with tracking events and code usage. Toursen’s attribution decision is final.
6. Payouts
Amounts due to the Affiliate are settled monthly by bank transfer or PayPal to the account provided. The Affiliate is responsible for their own tax obligations and invoicing where applicable.
7. Prohibited practices
The following are prohibited: bidding on the Toursen brand in search engines, spam, cookie stuffing, publishing the code on coupon sites without permission, self-bookings and any misleading communication. Breach leads to immediate termination and loss of unsettled amounts.
8. Disclosure
The Affiliate must clearly disclose that the content contains an affiliate link or code, in line with applicable advertising rules.
9. Termination and changes
Either party may end the relationship at any time. Toursen may amend these terms with 15 days’ notice by email. Amounts already validated will be honoured.
