For everyone’s safety, security personnel have been reinforced. A systematic luggage control has been implemented, and jackets and coats must be open at the entrance.
Bags larger than small backpacks, handbags, or computer bags are no longer accepted in our facilities, including the cloakroom.
Objects, boxes, or other unattended containers, as well as suspicious behavior, must be reported to the staff.
Additionally, restrooms are only available onboard. There are no restrooms at the docks. -
A minimum of 2 people is required for the tour to take place; the tour runs rain or shine and cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. If there is a long wait to enter Notre-Dame, access cannot be guaranteed. Entrance to Notre-Dame is free.
If access is granted, the maximum time inside will be approximately 20 minutes.
